“I don’t feel like doing it”

Really?

Or have you been half assing everything?

Look I’ve been there as someone who was able to go from skinny fat 🤢👎🏻 to a decent shape….i know that feeling and it sucked.

But I want you to start doing something that probably could help you out if you implement right away.

1️⃣- Sleep early today (no phone before bed, no food 2 hours before bed, set your room dark and temperature to cool)

2️⃣- Stretch for at least 10 min before bed (stretch out whatever feels tight )

3️⃣- Sleep on your back always

  • These steps will help you get a deep rest tonight to do the hardest thing possible tomorrow morning.

And if you’re guessing what it is… yes workout first thing in the morning.

But I’m not saying you need to lift weights. I’m not saying you need to go in a run.

I’m just saying do something active in the morning.

You see when us as human beings wake up first thing that spikes up is our testosterone levels meaning we have a lot of energy in the morning. So why not take advantage of it, use that energy ⚡️to beat the sun 🌞.

You’ll realize how achieviable you’ll feel after completing that walk, that hose daily push ups, maybe core core circuit, etc.

I’m just sharing some healthy habits that have been working for me… by far whenever I wake up at ⏰5am 🧙⏭️get my activity level done, hydrate, if I’m hungry I’ll eat depending on my body goals, I feel so much at peace ☮️.

Try this out for tomorrow morning and let me know how it feels. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
