Consistency

One of the most important aspects in achieving such an aesthetic physique like Ada Wong’s. Is consistency, the ability to show up every day, stay accountable to the program, push yourself because no one else will, and always seeking to learn more. Think about it if you go into this program, yes you will have a layout of what to do, but then when you’re finished, then what? You’ll wait for me to take out a harder program based if Ada Wong?

You’re wrong

Because by this time, you have already developed a warm up, knowing how to perform the exercises, know what exercises fit your body, your diet, your recovery, your habits, your sleep. That’s if you actually pull through all the way with this program, if you just complete one week then stop for a week and come back to week 2, you think that’s what your future self will allow?
