How the heck do you expect the see any results if you can’t do the small things the right way. Let me share something from my sister real quick.

Ever since my sister has seen me training daily, she would hear me in the mornings as I got out the house to workout or in the basement, she would ask me this question.

“How do you manage to do all of this, don’t you get tired? “

My answer to her was:

“Once you realize that waking up early brings you peace, lets you do more work, and set you up for the day, is when you know that it’s not something you do because your forcing yourself, you’re doing it to have a high stress tolerance.

I know the year is almost over…

But you still have time to make things happen, believe it or not if you really dial in and lock in, a lot can be done in a month and you can change your life.

So whenever your reading this email, just know that you can start right now at this moment.

Don’t say…

“Ohhh I’ll do it later “

“I’ll start tomorrow “

“One day can’t hurt”

Stop being a little b*itch and get to work right now.
